  1. I don't know what happened to my post last night, I posted it and thought it was good to go, but I guess not.

    B- malt-o-meal, 2 slices of turkey bacon, banana and green tea
    AM Snack- raw veggies and grapes
    L- shake and green tea
    PM Snack- 2 hard boiled eggs and 5 peanut butter bites
    D- (5) 21 day fix meatballs and 21 day fix tomato sauce

    I LOVED this meal! For dessert I made 21 day fix pumpkin muffins. I will post the recipe below in a minute!

    Workout- 45 minutes jog/walk

  2. Breakfast- shakeology, spinach, banana and almond milk
    Snack- mixed nuts
    Lunch- egg roll in a bowl
    Snack- apple with almond butter
    Dinner- chicken enchiladas

    L-salad with chicken tomatoes and guacamole and a chocolate chip cookie
    D-1/2 chicken rice and black eyed pea

  6. B: 3 scrambled eggs with sprinkle of cheese, 1 spark
    D: cheat meal with hubby: 3 oysters with cheese, 2 pieces of bread, tilapia with crab meat and butter sauce, butternut squash, 3 fries, peach tea, cheesecake for dessert lol.
