Eggroll in a Bowl
The inside of an egg roll over rice! Simply delicious!
Ingredients
  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 2 tsp sesame oil
  3. 5 cups of shredded coleslaw mix (about 3/4 of 16oz bag)
  4. 1/2 onion chopped
  5. 2 cloves garlic minced
  6. 1 tsp of grated ginger
  7. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  8. 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  9. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  10. 1/4 cup green onions chopped
Instructions
  1. Cook ground beef until done. Add in sesame oil and onion. Cook until onion is soft. Add in garlic, ginger & soy sauce. Cook a few minutes. Add in cabbage mix, cook until cabbage is wilted. Take off heat stir in red pepper (if you like some heat), sesame seeds, and green onions.

  1. Day 2 without soda... I barely drink any and then went over board since all my parents drink is Pepsi... So I have a migraine all day :(

    Breakfast: shakeology, spinach, frozen cherries and pineapple
    Snack: 1 egg, 2 slices of turkey bacon
    Lunch: pot roast and spinach salad
    Snack: strawberries and grapes
    Dinner: fajitas (corn tortillas, chicken, bell peppers, onions, guacamole and a sprinkle of cheese)

    Lots of water I don't think it was a gallon though

  3. Breakfast: 1/4c of Greek yogurt, 2T granola, handful of blueberries
    Lunch:1/4 chicken, handful of veggie snax
    Snack: small orange
    Dinner:paleo chili with 1T sour cream and 1T cheese, 1 spark
    Snack: handful of veggie snax

    Really had to stay strong against cravings today!!! I feel great ❤️❤️. Will probably be adding that 4oz of wine in a sec lol

  4. B- 2 turkey bacon, egg, Pico and ham muffins, slice of wheat toast with almond butter and grapes
    AM Snack- kind bar and raw veggies and hot green tea
    L- grilled salmon, wild rice, steamed broccoli and small salad
    PM Snack- Apple and peanut butter and spark drink
    D- 2 chopped brisket tacos on white corn tortillas and a small salad

    Did not workout, came home from work early for not feeling well. The cravings for coffer were strong today, but I resisted!
