Wednesday, January 20, 2016-Workout

Warm-up:
5x100m row trying to stop on 100
-1 burpee for each meter under
-1 pull-up for each meter over

Skill Work:
 - Pick a body weight movement that you struggle with and work on it for 10 minutes

Conditioning:
CrossFit's Tabata That -
- Tabata Medball Cleans (20/14)
- Tabata Double Unders
- Tabata Push-Ups
- Tabata Kettlebell Swings (60/40)

    AM Snack- veggies, hummus and grapes
    L- salmon kabobs with hummus from Zoes and grilled zucchini and squash
    PM Snack- handful of nuts, dried fruit and a slice of cheese
    D- 2 ground beef tacos on corn tortillas with lettuce and red grapes for dessert

    B- palm full of raw mixed nuts
    L- 2 eggs and a tablespoon of mayo
    D- peppers and onions w/ Italian sausage in a pasta sauce, few bites of sweet pot.
    Water, half a cup of black coffee

    L- grilled chicken salad,protein bar, water
    D- 2 eggs, 2 bacon,protein bar, water
    I was going to eat boiled noodles but didn't get the rest of the recipe .

  4. Breakfast- shakeology, cherries, pineapple, spinach, almond milk
    Snack- mixed nuts
    Lunch- chicken and steamed veggies
    Snack- kind bar
    Dinner- chicken, sweet potato and salad
    Snack- I'm going to make a cake in a cup (made with shakeology- considered 1 red! I don't think this is considered a cheat... But I could be wrong)

    1. 1/4 tsp baking soda
      1 tbsp stevia (sweetener) optional
      1 scoop chocolate shakeology
      Dash of salt
      1 egg
      Optional - 1 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp peanut butter (I did both- but used almond butter)
      3 tbsp almond milk

      Directions:
      Mix baking soda, stevia, shakeology and salt in you mug
      Then add egg and almond milk
      Mix until all dry ingredients are wet
      If you add peanut butter (almond butter) push the dollop down into the middle
      Microwave for 90 seconds
      Enjoy :)

      You don't have to boil the noodles in that recipe. :)
