2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Then

Strength: Back Squat (5, 5, 5+)

Then

3 Rounds, each in 4 minutes-
- 400m Run
- 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
- AMRAP Sit-ups

Post BS AMRAP weight and reps, PC weight, and total number of sit-ups to comments.
