  2. Ultimate cheat day!

    Breakfast- 1 egg, 2 slices of turkey bacon
    Lunch- shakeology, spinach, banana and almond milk
    Snack- cheeseburger and small fries
    Dinner- chips and queso, and 1/2 a plate of chicken nachos :)
    2 margaritas:
    Back at it tomorrow :)

    S- raw cashews and raw pecan halves, Apple, cutie
    L- pulled pork and onions
    D- the last of the hamburger meat w/ onions, tomatoes mixed w/ spaghetti squash
    Water, black coffee

    L: 2 pieces of chicken, 1 cutie, 1/2 banana
    S: cutie, coffee
    D: paleo chicken tortilla soup (no tortillas lol), a dab of sour cream and sprink of cheese
    S:small helping of Greek yogurt with granola
