SATURDAY WORKOUT CANCELLED

Saturday workout is cancelled so that you can go out to CrossFit Victorious and support Cathy and Kale in their first competition!!  We are so proud of them!!!

  1. Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: boiled egg (no yolk), kiwi
    Lunch: sandwich ( sandwich thins, 1/2 chicken breast, red onion, chipotle mayo), tortilla chips with mango pico
    Dinner: 3oz filet mignon, 1/2 rice, grilled veggies ( mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, zucchini and squash)

    1 gallon of water

    No workout
