    Lunch: bbq beef sandwich (only bottom bun)
    Snack: custard cone
    Dinner: garlic and herd dip with crackers, spinach salad, chicken and pasta

    Less then a gallon of water and a glass of wine

  4. Sorry, my internet has been out at my house since Saturday, so I am just now posting for the weekend.

    L- Grilled shrimp and 1/2 an avocado
    S- Handful of nuts
    D- potato soup

    Water all day

    L---chicken fajita meat, chips and salsa
    S---popcorn
    D---2 hamburger patties, beans, homemade sweet potato fries (baked)

    L: hamburger meat, avocado, bacon, onion Sandwich.
    D: grilled chicken, green beans, salad, little bit of corn casserole, little bit of mashed potato. Little bit of chocolate cake. Cousin's wedding. =)

    L= salad with chicken, mushrooms, 1 little carrot, water, sm bag of pretzels and chips,
    D= 1/2 baked potato, water
