Saturday, April 18, 2015-Day 6 of Spring Challenge

Congratulations to Cathy for her 5th place finish in the festivus games and to Kale for finishing 6th!!  You both did great!!

  1. Workout: putting in a new flowerbed at moms for 7 hrs!!!! Ouch
    B: paleo casserole, 2 deviled eggs, salad with vinaigrette, fruit salad, coffee with a little cream
    L: a chicken leg
    D: 1/4 chicken, cucumber & tomato salad, asparagus with mushrooms, glass of white wine
    Water: 64oz, 1 spark

  2. Workout: walked the farmers market for 1.5 hours

    B: 1 Taco on whole wheat tortilla w/ egg, zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, and a little cheese
    L: Brisket, sausage, potatoes and beans
    D: None

    Water: 32 oz

    L-hot dog and some fruit
    S-granola bar
    D-grilled pork chop, 1 c black eyed peas 1 c potatoes

    72 oz of water And coffee with a little bit of cream

    S: the lettuce and chicken salad off the sandwich 1
    L: egg and breakfast sausage scramble with pico and avocado
    S: mixed nuts
    D: none: made beef stew took a few bits to test

  7. B&L: sweet potato and bacon scrambled eggs, Angelique's delicious casserole, breakfast casserole. Coffee with little bit of cream and sugar.

    L: sweet potato fries

    D: greens salad, grilled chicken, green beans and 1/2 c white rice. A bite of cheesecake. Coffee.

    Water through the day. No workout :S

    Played outside with my niece for 40 minutes
    B- scrambled eggs with Pico and coffee
    L- roasted chicken and roasted red potatos
    D- smoked salmon. Salad and asparagus

    LL/D--Ranchito Special(chicken fajitas, 4 corn tortillas, rice, and beans)

    Lunch: chicken burrito from chipotle
    Dinner: meat lasagna with garlic bread

    Drinks: 1+ gallon water, 2 spark

    L/D- salad w/ spring mix, avocado, olives, red bell pepper, celery, cherry tom.
    S- raw pecan halves, 1 date
