    Snack: 2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon
    Lunch: teriyaki chicken and rice
    Dinner: chipotle (chicken burrito)

    B= Brussels sprouts hash with an egg and water and coffee with creamer
    L= crawfish, 2 potato and 1corn, some funnel cake, coke, corn dog, water
    D= fried oysters with fries and some blooming onions, water

    Drank lots of water all day

    Lunch peanuts and a sausage on a stick
    Snack orange
    Dinner beef tips green beans and mixed veggies
    Snack protein ball
    Water and a can of coconut water

    L-brisket, BBQ chicken green beans a few bites of potatoes and a half of a chocolate chip cookie
    D-cheeseburger

    8 oz of tea and 48 oz of water

    L: sweet potato fries, 1/2 tomato, 1 corn fried quesadillas( chicken no cheese, olive oil)
    D: 2 turkey ham scrambled eggs.
