5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
Deep Squat Stretch

Skill
EMOM for 10 minutes 
-3 Front Squats increasing weight as needed

Conditioning
For time:
4 Rounds:
-400m run
-10 pull-ups
-15 medball cleans
-20 medball sit-ups
