B: paleo breakfast casserole , sausage and salad with a vingerette water and energy drink S: the lettuce and chicken salad off the sandwich 1 L: egg and breakfast sausage scramble with pico and avocado S: mixed nuts D: none: made beef stew took a few bits to test
B & L= eggs with bacon and sweet potato, sausages, fruit, egg quiche, bite of French toast casserole, bite of potato and egg casserole D= none No workout
Played outside with my niece for 40 minutes B- scrambled eggs with Pico and coffee L- roasted chicken and roasted red potatos D- smoked salmon. Salad and asparagus
