Friday, April 24, 2015- Day 12 of Spring Challenge

    Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: kind bar, 2 donut holes
    Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, kiwi
    Snack: handful of ketchup chips (I had to do it!)
    Dinner: chicken wrap, tortilla chips with queso

    Gallon of water

    Ran a mile and walked a mile while pushing Naomi
    And tabata supermans v-ups all with Stephen!

    B-protein shake with banana and almond milk
    L-garden salad with tuna and a granola bar
    S-granola bar
    D-grilled chicken salad and three French fries

    B---coffee, green apple, oatmeal
    L---Chicken breast, water
    S---Protein bar
    D---Not very hungry, had a small amount of mixed fruit

    B- 2 eggs and 1 egg white scrambled and turkey bacon and coffee
    L- grilled chicken wrap from salata and water
    D- chick fil a chicken wrap, no dressing with water and sugar cookie

    Water all day

  9. Walked a mile, boxed checks at work( that's a workout in itself)
    B= Brussels sprouts hash with an egg and water and coffee with creamer
    L= paleo chili with a few salting crackers, water string cheese
    D= salad with chicken breast and avocado ranch dressing, few pita chips, little life cereal, water

    L: brisket, beef fajita meat (leftovers again )
    D: homemade meatballs in tomato, little bit of elbow pasta, green beans.

    Water all day.
