    Lunch: sandwich : sandwich thins, turkey breast, bacon, chipotle mayo, onions
    Snack: Kellogg protein bar
    Dinner: 2 hotdogs

    1 gallon of water

    Workout: 30 min walk, short bike ride, lots of stretching

    21-15-9
    Lunges, push-ups, and squats
    With 100 singles between each round

    B-protein shake made with banana and almond milk
    L-pulled pork, 6 hush puppies, and cole slaw
    S-granola bar
    D-2 boiled eggs

    1 glass of wine and 72 oz of water

    L: Grilled chicken, roasted red potatoes, green beans
    S: 2 Tangerines
    D: Noodles w/ cream sauce, cherry tomatoes w/ ranch
    S: Handful of baked chips

  5. B: bacon sweet potato scrambled egg. Coffee with 1tbsp raw sugar.
    L: 2 eggs, bacon, 1 bite of Chris' pancakes. Water
    D: handful of blue berries, piece of pork loin, raw carrots, avocado Slices. Water.

    Water:32oz, 1 spark

    L- raw pecans, 1/2 date rolled in coconut flakes, Italian sausage & eggplant
    D- salad w/ field greens, olives, avocado, red bell pepper, cherry tom.

    D---Chicken ceaser salad
    S---Handful of trail mix

    Played ball with my nieces and nephews for 45 minutes

    B- Coffee and granola
    L- Rotisserie chicken and raw veggies
    D- Smoked pork tenderloin, chicken and salad. Small piece of birthday cake!
