Thursday, April 16, 2015-Day 4 of Spring Challenge

I am so proud of each one of you!!  Yesterday's workout was tough and you worked hard and got it done!!!  We postponed the last day of challenge workouts to Monday because of weather.
 
 
Warm-Up:
- Light Jog
- Joint Mobility (hamstring warm-up)
- 2 Rounds: 10 shoulder taps, 10 air squats, 10 sit-ups

Group Warm-Up:
- 2 minutes of hamstring warm-up

Conditioning

For Time:
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- Box Jumps
- Burpees

    20' box

    B-protein shake made with a banana and among milk
    L- Asian stir fry with shrimp, a venison patty, granola bar and strawberry yogurt
    S-apple with peanut butter and a granola bar
    D-grilled chicken wrap 5 French fries and 2 pieces of chocolate weak moment! :(

    1 gallon of water and 8 oz of tea

    Breakfast: shakeology
    Lunch: left over chicken, onions and peppers, with 2 tbs guacamole and 2 tbs pico
    Dinner: chicken breast, rice, green beans and carrots
    Will have a banana later this evening

    1 gallon of water, 1 spark

    B- oatmeal and 3 pieces of turkey bacon. Coffee
    S- clementine
    L- grilled chicken breast, green beans and roasted red potatos
    S- raw veggies, clementine and spark drink
    D- fajita chicken and beef with Pico de galo, salsa and guacamole
    Water all day long

    L: Pork quesadillas on whole wheat tortillas w/ onions, red and green peppers, avocado and a little cheese.
    D: 1 grilled chicken taco.

    S: pork rinds, chamomile tea.
    L: pork chops, salad ( spinach, avocado, red bell pepper, lemon olive garden)
    D: pork chop, avocado, ground beef, Pico de gallo, couple spoons of refried beans.

    Dinner: beef jerky and raw almonds
    Drinks: 1 Gatorade, 3 waters, and two cups of black coffee
