    Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: egg, 10 almonds
    Lunch: steak kabob, corn, green peas, carrots, green beans
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar
    Dinner: southwest salad from chick-fil-a

    1 gallon of water, 1 spark

    B-protein shake made with almond milk and a banana
    L-garden salad with tuna with balsamic vinaigrette and a granola bar
    S-granola bar

  7. B: turkey ham scrambled eggs, black coffee with little bit raw sugar.
    L: chicken tight with spinach and cherry tomato
    D: little bit of brisket, beef fajita, deer sausage, sausage (leftovers) green beans

    Walked all day at the farm. 3.9 mi ... mucho tired!

    L- grilled chicken and beef with guacamole and Pico de galo
    S- protein shake and spark
    D- ground beef patty and a few bites of grilled quail and water
