    4 miles tonight

    Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: banana with peanut butter
    Lunch: 3 meatballs and ravioli with marinara
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar
    Dinner: I can't believe I'm going to write this! 4 slices of pizza and 2 garlic knots - papa johns .... But I felt so bad I walked 2.5 miles and ran 1.4 miles.

    1+ gallon of water, 1 spark

  6. Walked 4.26mi at the nursery (according to my pedometer)

    B:2 turkey ham scrambled eggs, black coffee with a spoon of raw sugar
    L: turkey and green salad, no dressing
    D: homemade tortilla soup ( homemade corn tortilla chips, avocado, red dried pepper, panela cheese)

    Water all day.

    D- scrambled eggs, pulled pork and Pico in white corn tortilla-2 and water
