    21-15-9 push ups -sit ups - air squats

    B- protein shake, water
    L- trail mix, 10 bottles water
    D- steak, carrots, beans, water

    Workout---50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 air squats

    B---Banana, 2 cups of coffee
    L---Can of tuna, 9 triscuits, water
    S---protein bar, handful of trail mix
    D---Grilled chicken sandwich on wheay bread

    Drank water all day and with all meals.

    B-protein shake made with a banana, blueberries, and almond milk
    L-chicken fajita salad with balsamic vinaigrette, strawberry yogurt, and a.granola bar
    S-apple with peanut butter
    D- salmon patty and squash/zucchini

    1 gallon of water

    L: southwestern chopped salad
    S: tangerine & handful of almonds
    D: chicken fried steak & roasted potatoes

    Water: 48 oz

  5. Workout: fit camp with bridget, 2 PiYo workouts

    Breakfast: shakeology, Kellogg protein bar
    Lunch: turkey sandwich, tortilla chips with guacamole and pico
    Dinner: chicken kabob, rice and corn
    Snack: 2 cups white cheddar popcorn

    1 gallon water, spark

    B= Brussels sprouts hash with an egg, water, coffee little cream
    L= paleo chili with turkey meat, water
    D= salad with chicken breast, water

    D- an avocado and water

    S- raw pecans, 1 date rolled in coconut flakes, bite if a meatball, 2 shrimp
    D- grilled veggies- onions, cali., broc., squash, carrots, beef fajita meat
