Tuesday, April 28, 2015-Day 16 of Spring Challenge

With a small cold front, how about a chilli recipe??  I do diced tomato, venison and broth instead of coffee (who knows??).  But here's one that's similar:

    Workout---50 sit ups, 50 push ups, 50 air squats, 2 min 12 sec unbroken jump rope.

    B---banana, oatmeal, coffee
    L---two small hamburger patties, small bag of chips
    D---3 grilled salmon patties with mustard

    Had water with all meals and throughout the day.

  2. Workout: boot camp with bridget (it was a good one!)

    Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar
    Lunch: 2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, kiwi
    Snack: ketchup chips (hanging my head in shame! But now there all gone)
    Dinner: chicken fajitas (3 tortilla, chicken, bell
    Peppers, onions, salsa, guacamole and cheese)

    1 gallon + of water, 1 spark

    B- protein ball, water
    L- 1 rib, small bowl of garbanzo beans,water
    Ls- 2 cuties
    D- banana, water

    Tabata of bicycles and plank holds

    B-protein shake made with a banana and Almond milk
    L-meat loaf and rice an apple with peanut butter and a granola bar
    S-granola bar
    D-pork loin wrapped it bacon rice and green beans

    79 oz of water

  5. 30 minute walk run on treadmill, up and down 6 flights of stairs 4 times
    B= 2 eggs over medium, bacon and wheat toast with jelly, coffee little cream and water
    L= paleo chili, sm piece of cake and water
    D= cauliflower and broccoli soup, water
    Water, water, water

  6. B: shake (coconut/almond milk, 1 banana, 1 egg, oatmeal, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon), coffee With raw sugar.
    L: grilled onion, fresh jalapeƱo, beef corn taco With cilantro and salsa. (3)
    D: 2 turkey ham scrambled eggs.

    Water all day.

  8. Workout: Walked 1 mile

    B: handful of lightly salted almonds
    L: grilled chicken wrap w/ 1/4 pkg avocado lime ranch
    D: Doritos (I know it's terrible, I was finishing a research paper so I just grabbed the most convenient thing to snack on)

    Water: 42oz
