Wednesday, April 22, 2015-Day 10 of Spring Challenge

Warm-up
5x100m row trying to stop on exactly 100.  1 Burpee for each meter under and 1 pull-up for each meter over.
-15 sit-ups
-15 air squats
-15 shoulder taps

Strength
3 DB Manmakers EMOM for 8 minutes

Conditioning
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
-400m run
-15 KB deadlifts
-20 Alt KB Snatch
-25 KBS

    PiYo: 45 mins

    Breakfast: shakeology and a u bake oatomic energy bar from HEB
    Snack: 10 almonds
    Lunch: chicken kabob 1/4 cup rice
    Snack: kind bar
    Dinner: 6oz beef kabob, 1/4 cup mash potatoe, broccoli and cauliflower

    1 gallon of water, 2 spark (no energy today and the spark didn't help!)

    This workout was from the devil!

    B-protein shake made with banana and almond milk
    L-salmon patty with squash and zucchini strawberry yogurt and a granola bar
    S-apple with peanut butter
    D-5 meatballs with rice and brown gravy

    L: Cobb salad w/ Avacado lime ranch (ate 3/4)
    D: 2 Scrambled eggs w/ spinach, tomato, zucchini, squash, garlic, and cheese (used coconut oil and almond milk)

    Water: 96oz

    L: hamburger meat with pine apple and bacon
    D: brisket, no barbecue sauce, sausage, green beans. Orange juice (straight from orange)
