Warm-Up:

- 10 Sit-ups


Conditioning:
- 800m Run
- 20 Walking Lunges
- 30 Sit-ups
- 40 Alternating DB Snatches (45/35)
- 50 Double Unders (150 Singles)
- 40 Alt DB Snatches
- 30 Sit-ups
- 20 Walking Lunges
- 800m Run

If raining we will workout inside.  Runs will be converted to stair loops.
Pull-Ups- Dips
