    Lunch - Jimmy John's 1 veggie sub unwhich (only lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado), 1 Little John veggie sub (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, small roll), chips (potatoes, salt, oil)

    Snack - 1 Naked Strawberry Banana smoothie drink

    Dinner - 4 stalks celery with peanut butter, 6 oz. fresh blackberries
