  6. Breakfast - banana, Larabar (nuts, dates, lemon juice concentrate, lemon oil), 1 breathmint (at church)
    Lunch - veggie fried rice, 2 egg rolls
    Snack - 1 cup fresh blueberries, Larabar (peanuts, dates, sea salt)
    Dinner - 26 oz. pina colada smoothie (1/2 cup coconut, 1.5 cups froz. pineapple, 2 bananas, 1 cup water)
    Snack - 1/4 cup pecans, egg roll
    44 oz. water
