Warm-up

100m run
5 pull-ups
5 push-up negatives
5 slow squats focusing on form
5 PVC pass throughs

Strength
Front Squat (5-5-5+)

Conditioning
For time:
25m Burpee broad jump
50 DB push press
25m Burpee broad jump
50 air squats
25m Burpee broad jump
50 DB rows
25m Burpee broad jump
50 V-ups

    I was on 37 v-ups when time was called
    B= Brussels sprouts hash with an egg and coffee with creamer and water
    L= chicken breast and broccoli and cauliflower, water
    LS= protein ball
    D= paleo chili with water and protein ball, water

    L-salad with grilled chicken and a granola bar
    D-a bite of meat loaf and a bite of rice (still not feeling good)

    Workout---9:19, only have 10 lb. dumbells at the house. Would have been longer.

    B---coffee, protein bar
    L---can of tuna, 9 triscuits
    S---10 animal crackers
    D---3 chicken wraps (wheat tortillia)

    Had water with each meal and throughout the day.

    PiYo :20 mins

    Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: Kind- popped
    Lunch: 2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, kiwi
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar, banana
    Dinner: chicken breast, pasta salad (pasta, egg, cheese with ranch dressing)

    1 gallon of water, 1 spark

    L: Cobb salad w/ Avacado lime ranch
    D: pb&j

  7. No Workout- still getting over my allergies

    B- Oatmeal and coffee
    L- sliced brisket
    S- sliced deli turkey rolled up and handful of nuts
    D- filet with red potatoes and asparagus
