Warm-Up:
- Light Jog
- Joint Mobility
- 2 rounds:
-5 burpees
-10 inchworm squats

Strength:
Strict Press
3-3-3+

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 10 Minutes -
- 10 DB Push Press (45/35)
- 10 Anchored Sit-Ups (w/ DB's)
- 10 DB Walking Lunges
