Skill:
Stretching regimen 
Lower and upper body

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 15 Minutes -
- 300m Run
- 5 Squat Cleans (135/95)
- 10 MB Sit-Ups (20/14)
- 15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
