Warm-up
-400m run
2 rounds:
-10 dips
-10 lunges
-5 pull-ups

Strength
Deadlift 5-5-5+

Conditioning
4 Rounds, each in 3 minutes:
- 200m Run
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- AMRAP Deadlifts (155/105)

(2 min rest between rounds)
