    Lunch- Guac and veggies, banana, almonds, tangerine and apple

    Dinner- grilled chicken with mushroom a baked sweet potatoe

    L-lime tilipia5 olives and a half of an avacado with tea
    S-an apple 5 almonds and a bottle of water
    D-boneless/skinless buffalo chicken salad with balsamic vinger dressing water and a cookie

    12 oz. bolthouse blue goodness

    chocolate banana and peanut butter protein shake.

    10 oz. Campbell creamy tomato Parmesan bisque soup on the go.

    2c. broth off of homemade vegetable soup (yummy)

  4. B-2 boiled eggs, cup of spaghetti squash, 10 blueberries
    L-4oz filet with garlic, 3 stuffed mushrooms, mango cole slaw, about 10 sweet potato fries lightly salted, red tomato-like pepper :)
    D-spaghetti squash with lean ground beef in marinara, onions, garlic; 8 banana chips
    Drinks: 3 bottles water, 1 cup hot tea, 1 bottle of spark

    L: 1/2 rotisserie chicken, mango slaw, 3 stuffed shrooms, unsweetened tea
    D: Double down from KFC, homemade venison chili

    2 cups of coffee with half/half

    2. They're not too bad. I would have ordered it without cheese, but someone else was picking it up and I didn't want to be a pain.

    B- Smootie(same as yesterday but with peaches)
    L- Chick-fil-a Grilled Chicken Salad, no cheese, 2 oz. light Italian dressing, unsweetened tea.
    D- Beef Stew ( beef stew meat, carrots, onions, green pepper, celery, canned tomatoes, squash, green beans) 1/4 baked sweet potatoe.
    2-8 0z. squeezed grapefruit juice ( I had one yesterday and forgot to put it down)
    Water 40 ozs, 1 cup of hot tea.

    L - turkey sandwich
    S - 100 calorie poptart crisps
    D - Chips and salsa, steak and chicken burrito with rice, sour cream, guacamole

    D-5 pieces of thin crust dominoes pizza with sausage and Parmesan
    Drinks-1 bottle water, 1 bottle Gatorade, 1 DP

  9. B-2 oz turkey tenderloin, 2 oz cheese, 1 scrambled egg, 1 oz brisket
    L-8 oz chicken fried steak (removed the covering), 1/2 potato baked,
    1 cup salad w/blue cheese dressing
    D- huge salad w/ ham, boiled egg, oil and vinegar
    less water today due to long ride--about half gallon or so

    OOPS!! I posted my Friday meal log on Saturday (tomorrow). So, here is my Saturday food log

    B- fruit bowl- blackberries, strawberries, kiwi
    2 eggs, red bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, 1/2 sausage patty
    S- banana, 10 almonds
    L- raw carrot sticks, chicken thigh and wing
    D- grilled salmon, salad

    8 oz. hot raspberry tea
    70 oz. water
