B-one boiled egg and water L-spicy italian sandwhich from subway with lettuce tomatoes bell pepper pickles cucumber and olives with water D- BBQ chicken and baked beans with 2 smirnoffs
B - 3 of Lin's Whole30 Frittatas L - Leftover pork chops D - Filet Mignon Fajitas, Shrimp, stuffed jalapenos, a couple of chips with salsa (2 hour wait for food...no excuse, i know...)
