    L- apple, Starbucks iced trenta 1/2 passion & 1/2 green tea unsweetened
    D-6 oz. steak, salad- field greens, radishes, celery, olives, reg & green bell peppers
    S- 2 dates, 10 raw pecan halves

    S- small clif bar
    L- 2 slices of turkey, chopped lettuce salad with 5 pecans
    S- 1/2 bag of popcorn,no salt or butter (at a wedding)
    D- tuna w/ onions, sweet relish, spicy mustard, two hard boiled eggs, apple with 1 T. almond butter.
    Drinks- grapefruit juice, chia latte, 35 oz. water
