Sunday, January 20, 2013 - Day 19 of New Year Challenge

    S - oranges
    L - sausage sandwich, frozen fruit bar
    D - grilled chicken and steak, rice, refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, chips and salsa

  2. B-fruit salad (strawberries, oranges, apples, and grapes)
    L- fried chicken with a biscuit and a Dr. Pepper (horrible I know)
    D- baked salmon, shrimp, with squash and zucchini with a glass of wine.

    L- chicken tortilla soup, 4 chocolate chip cookies
    D- 1/2 apple with almond butter, 10 cahsews, 10 pecans
    Drinks- 70 oz. water, 8 oz. grapefruit juice

    s- small orange
    L- blackened pork chop and some cashews
    D- brisket, 1/2c. potato salad, 1/2c. beans
    A- cashews

  5. B - Muscle Milk Light
    L - Original Recipe Chicken Breast and popcorn chicken
    D - Double meat Spicy Baja burger from SmashBurger subbing lettuce for the bun. jalapeno slices with ranch.

    Also did a 3 mile trail run with Mary and felt pretty good. Now that i'm 30 days out from the end of the challenge I'm going to tighten up my diet some more.

    L- field greens, beef and chicken fajita strips, fresh pico, guac., salsa
    S- 3 dates and 3 handfuls of raw mixed nuts (got a little carried away), bowl of green grapes
    D- none- too full from above snacks

    Water 50 oz.

    D-12 oz total grilled steak, chicken,shrimp, small salad, zuchini, brocoli
    lots of water
