B-fruit salad (strawberries, oranges, apples, and grapes) L- fried chicken with a biscuit and a Dr. Pepper (horrible I know) D- baked salmon, shrimp, with squash and zucchini with a glass of wine.
B- 2 eggs with onions and spinach L- chicken tortilla soup, 4 chocolate chip cookies D- 1/2 apple with almond butter, 10 cahsews, 10 pecans Drinks- 70 oz. water, 8 oz. grapefruit juice
B - Muscle Milk Light L - Original Recipe Chicken Breast and popcorn chicken D - Double meat Spicy Baja burger from SmashBurger subbing lettuce for the bun. jalapeno slices with ranch.
Also did a 3 mile trail run with Mary and felt pretty good. Now that i'm 30 days out from the end of the challenge I'm going to tighten up my diet some more.

B-half low carb protein shake L-big green salad w 6 oz grilled chicken breast D-12 oz total grilled steak, chicken,shrimp, small salad, zuchini, brocoli lots of water
