Wednesday, January 9, 2013 - Day 8 of New Year Challenge


Mary cooked these yesterday and said they were excellent and really easy to make.

Workout Cancelled due to weather

Here's another Mobility WOD for those of you that have done the first 2 and are looking for another.  If it were me I would do it after the workout tonight. before you go to bed.

    L-baked tilipia corn and salad bottle of water
    Snack-bag of m&ms and bottle of water
    D-meat loaf (with lean hamburger meat) with grilled onions and bell peppers, mashed potatoes and green beans with tea

    L - chicken breast, steamed broccoli
    D - red beans, rice and sausage, croissant
    Piece of chocolate, diet coke

    L- Left-over salad with 1 chicken sausage, 1/4 avocado
    D-Chicken tortilla soup and spaghetti squash, 1 date with 2 almonds

    Water- 70 oz.

    s- bowl of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, 15 pecan halves & 10 hazelnuts
    L-small salad w/ mixed field greens, bell pepper, radishes,olives 3 oz. chicken
    D- 6 oz steak, steamed yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and broccoli

  8. B-2 egg muffins with green onion, tomato and sausage
    L-smoothie with carrot juice, Pom, a few blueberries, 3 strawberries, half an avocado, a small orange, 1/2 lemon, 1T of coconut oil, 2T of flaxseed
    D-pork chop with mushroom gravy (Chkn broth, mushroom, onion, garlic and a little cream of mushroom), sautéed spinach with garlic, 1/2 a sweet potato

    Drinks: 2 bottles water, 1 cup hot tea

    s- 3oz. cashews and almonds

    D- Thia chicken Soup, carrots, celery, mushrooms, coconut milk, chicken, added a little sweet chili sauce, water

    L - Green Chili Stew from Rudy's eating around potatoes. iced unsweet tea
    D - Cobb salad with ranch dressing (working on cutting dairy)
