    L-Mustard Lime Baked Chicken, green beans, baked squash, salad-(lettuce, green apples, pecans, cucumbers, pecans, braggs dressing,)
    D- leftover salad w/dressing, Banana Bread Flax Bar (flax seed, banana, coconut, dates)
    Drinks- 50 oz. water, chia tea latte, sparkling water with orange juice.
