    L - Red Curry (Beef, peppers, carrots, onions, coconut milk), 5 pieces of sushi
    D - 15 Unbreaded Wings

    2 cups coffee with sugar-free non-dairy creamer (not acceptable)
    lots of water

  3. B-one boiled egg and an apple one cup of coffee
    L-baked chicken and squash, carrots, and zucchini with tea
    Snack-10 olives and a handful of almonds one cup of coffee
    Dinner- salad with baked chicken, 2 olives cut up, one boiled egg, half of an avacado, handful of sunflower seeds with italian dressing and unsweet tea

  4. B-2 boiled eggs, 5 strawberries, 4 carrots, half of a small avocado
    L-pork chop with mushrooms, spinach salad with half a small avocado, 3T pico and olive oil and vinegar dressing, a bite of Abbie's beef hotdog
    S-5 Kale chips (olive oil and a little salt), 1/4 banana
    D-spaghetti squash with lean ground beef in marinara, onions, garlic
    Post-workout: 10 dried banana chips with a little almond butter
    Drinks: 3 bottles water, 2 cups hot tea

    L-Fresh green salad, raw beets, small chicken leg, 2 cup hibiscus tea
    D- 2 chicken sausage links, fresh juiced carrot juice
    10 pecan halves
    80 oz. water

    B- Coffee with cream and sugar and a kolache (sausage and cheese)
    L- Corn chowder with a small bag of wheat thins
    D- spaghetti squash with lean ground beef, onion, garlic, and marinara and a coffee with cream sugar
    One bottle of water and one bottle of Gatorade.
