    L-salad with shrimp an apple and water
    D-spaghetti squash green beans and garlic bread with a glass of wine

    I had 4 bottles of wine throughout the day

    L- Salad with grilled chicken, roasted garlic dressing
    D- Baked fish, mixed vegetables, 1/2 baked sweet potato
    Drinks- 70 oz. water, 1 cup lemonzinger hot tea

    L- the most fabulous black angus hospital burger I have ever shoved in my mouth ( thank you John)
    D- beef tips and rice and a strawberry arugula salad

    Snack - 2 small oranges, banana, water
    L - Turkey chili, water
    D - Steak with red and green peppers, bacon and onion, green beans with onion and bacon, carrots. water

    Jogged 6 miles

    L - grilled chicken, squash, zucchini, 1\2 sweet potatoe, cutie
    S - handful peanuts, cutie
    D - oven roasted chicken sub -----not ideal but had to coach until 8pm....

    Had to take today off....worked out twice yesterday and I was definitely feeling it today.

    D - Half Smoked Chicken, half link of sausage, raw cucumber and onion salad, iced tea

    Lots of water all day
