B - fruit salad, water Snack - 2 small oranges, banana, water L - Turkey chili, water D - Steak with red and green peppers, bacon and onion, green beans with onion and bacon, carrots. water
B - egg whites, turkey sausage S - cutie L - grilled chicken, squash, zucchini, 1\2 sweet potatoe, cutie S - handful peanuts, cutie D - oven roasted chicken sub -----not ideal but had to coach until 8pm....
Had to take today off....worked out twice yesterday and I was definitely feeling it today.
