    L- 2 bottles of water

    D- Huge pork and chicken fajita salad with homemade guacamole, sauteed onions and bell peppers.

  2. I have made a pot roast similar to that one and it was very good and different.

    B-none
    L-4 chicken tenders with a little honey, slice of cheese
    D-9 hot wings

    Drinks: 4 bottles water

  3. B-fruit salad (apple, grapes, strawberry, and orange) with water
    L- stew. Beef sqash zucchini carrots and potatoes with tea
    D- fish with avacado and tea

    L- 1 cup of cream of chicken soup with mushrooms
    D-meatloaf, potato salad, hard boiled egg
    S- 6 almonds, 6 cashews
    Drink: 70 0z of water, 1 cup of coffee with 2 T. of creamer and 1 t. of sugar, 1 glass of sparkling water and cranberry.

    L - turkey, egg white, baby spinach, fat free cheese, croutons, avocado
    S - handful of mixed nuts
    D - Hamburger, tortilla chips :(

    L-large salad, romaine, 3oz chicken, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, blue cheese dressing
    D-2 cups venison chile, 5oz venison sausage, big italian salad
    lots of water

  7. B- egg omlet- same as yesterday, water,fruit salad(apples, grapes, watermelon, strawberries)
    L- spagetti squash w/ marinara, water, few chips w/ queso, cookie
    D-1/4 cup potato w/ cheese and bacon bits, water

    B- 2 eggs w/2 tsp of crumbled breakfast sausage, banana, fruit bowl w/ strawberries, apple slices, pineapple
    L- Field greens, grilled onions and mushrooms, avocado, fresh pico, chicken and beef fajita meat- 5 oz
    S- handfull of mixed raw nuts, apple
    D- sm. salad- fiel greens, olives, orange and green bell pepper, celery and a 1/2 link of chicken sausage

    water- 60 oz.

    L - Newk's Black and Bleu Salad, iced tea (staff meeting)
    D - Small bowl of venison chili, a little venison sausage.
    2nd D - 12 oz NY Strip with sauteed mushrooms, carrots, asparagus

    Starting to feel a lot better. down almost 2" in my waist in less than 2 weeks and have a lot more energy. can't wait to see how much more i improve in the next 5 weeks.
