B- 2 eggs w/2 tsp of crumbled breakfast sausage, banana, fruit bowl w/ strawberries, apple slices, pineapple L- Field greens, grilled onions and mushrooms, avocado, fresh pico, chicken and beef fajita meat- 5 oz S- handfull of mixed raw nuts, apple D- sm. salad- fiel greens, olives, orange and green bell pepper, celery and a 1/2 link of chicken sausage
B - Muscle Milk Light, small orange L - Newk's Black and Bleu Salad, iced tea (staff meeting) D - Small bowl of venison chili, a little venison sausage. 2nd D - 12 oz NY Strip with sauteed mushrooms, carrots, asparagus
Starting to feel a lot better. down almost 2" in my waist in less than 2 weeks and have a lot more energy. can't wait to see how much more i improve in the next 5 weeks.

I have made a pot roast similar to that one and it was very good and different.
