This was by far the worst eating day for me of the workout. Pretty brutal!!

B---Protein drink, oatmeal, coffee L---6 slices of pizza D---Chicken fajitas, chips and salsa, corn tortillas (we took my mom out for mothers day early)
Had water throughout the day, had unsweet tea with lunch and diner.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, kiwi

Snack: 2 cupcakes! Yup, it happens!
