    Lunch: chicken breast, spinach salad
    Snack: pretzels
    Dinner: chicken breast, spinach salad
    Snack: 2 cupcakes! Yup, it happens!

    L= eggplant and water
    D= none been real sick all night long

    This was by far the worst eating day for me of the workout. Pretty brutal!!

    No workout

    B---Protein drink, oatmeal, coffee
    L---6 slices of pizza
    D---Chicken fajitas, chips and salsa, corn tortillas (we took my mom out for mothers day early)

    Had water throughout the day, had unsweet tea with lunch and diner.

    L- salata wrap with grilled chicken, carrots, sugar snap peas, corn and lettuc
    S- 100 no butter popcorn
    D- crab stuffed avacado and salad

  8. B: shake (almond/coconut milk, 1 egg, 1 banana, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract)
    s: 1 apple
    L: ground beef lettuce tacos with avocado, cilantro, onion and tomatillo salsa.
    D: chick FIL a nuggets. A few fries.

    Water all day.
