Warm-up

-100m run
-5 pull-ups
-5 push-ups
-5 squats
-5 sit-ups

Conditioning
 Mark Carter

3 rounds for time:
95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

    D-sweet and sour chicken and shrimp fried rice and a fortune cookie

    8 oz sweet tea and 1 gallon of water

    Few saltine crackers and piece of cheese, cream of mushroom soup, 1 piece dry toast, water and Gatorade

    55lbs. 1 round with purple band, 2 rounds with purple and red bands

    Breakfast: 1 1/2 ham and cheese kolache, 1 donut
    Lunch: chicken and spinach salad
    Dinner: chips with guacamole and salsa, cracker with cream cheese dip (just a little), pineapple, strawberries, grapes, 3 glasses of wine :)

    1 gallon of water, 1 spark

    D: 2 chicken corn tacos and 1 ground beef corn tacos. ( leftovers)
