Wednesday, May 13, 2016- Day 31 of Spring Challenge

***No morning class today or tomorrow***

Warm-up
100 consecutive singles
3 rounds of:
-10 air squats
-10 push-ups
-5 burpees
-5 PVC pass throughs

Skills
5x30sec handstand holds

Conditioning
8 rounds TABATA for each:
-double unders
-DB push press
-DB rows
-box jumps

  1. Did the workout at home. 20lb dumbells, used a chair for step ups.

    Breakfast: 3 eggs, sausage
    Lunch: egg roll in a bowl, 1/4 cup brown rice
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar, Greek yogurt
    Dinner: chicken break and spinach salad

    Will probably need to eat again before bed- will stick to fruit

      Banana, kind bar, pretzels. Baked Cheetos... 2 glasses of wine! I'm hungry :(

    B = Brussels sprouts, broccoli and onion hash with a egg, water and coffee with creamer
    L= paleo chili with turkey meat and water, 2 protein balls
    D= grilled chicken breast and asparagus, water and little fruit
