Tuesday, May 12, 2015-Day 30 of Spring Challenge

    B - subway veggie flat bread , water
    L - P/J sandwich , glass of milk
    D - fajita meat with onions, bell peppers, water

    L- salad with little cheese, raspberry dressing, water, 1 protein ball, few chips
    D- brussel sprout, broccoli, onion hash, with bacon and 1 egg, water

  3. Insanity fit test

    Breakfast: Kellogg's protein bar
    Snack: 10almonds, 6 cherries
    Lunch: egg roll in a bowl, served over 1/4 cup brown rice
    Snack: quest protein bar
    Dinner: chicken (cut in strips, coated with crushed almonds and baked... So good!), zucchini sauted in 2 tbsp sesame seed oil and 1/2 a sweet potato

    1 gallon of water, 1 spark

  4. B- Oatmeal, turkey bacon and coffee
    S- banana and water
    L- grilled chicken and steak kabobs with wild rice, zucchini and squash
    D- 2 slices of pizza- sorry

    Water with all meals

    B---protein shake, coffee
    L---can of tuna
    D---jalapino chicken brest, mexican rice

    Had water with all meals
