Breakfast: Kellogg's protein bar Snack: 10almonds, 6 cherries Lunch: egg roll in a bowl, served over 1/4 cup brown rice Snack: quest protein bar Dinner: chicken (cut in strips, coated with crushed almonds and baked... So good!), zucchini sauted in 2 tbsp sesame seed oil and 1/2 a sweet potato
B- Oatmeal, turkey bacon and coffee S- banana and water L- grilled chicken and steak kabobs with wild rice, zucchini and squash D- 2 slices of pizza- sorry
