Warm-up
5x100m row trying to stop on 100m
-1 Burpee for each meter under
-1 jumping squat for each meter over

-20 air squats
-20 shoulder taps
-20 mountain climbers

Skill
Broad jump burpees across sanctuary and back

Conditioning 
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
-1 stair loop
-5 DB Manmakers
-10 DB thrusters
