Warm-up
Run 400m
Then 3 rounds
-5 pull-ups
-5 push-ups
-5 deck squats
-30 sec Samson stretch

Skill
5 handstand walks

Conditioning
4 rounds for time:
-300m run
-15 SDHP (75/55)
-15 bar jumping burpees

    Breakfast: shakeology
    Lunch: chicken kabob, sweet potato, zucchini and rice
    Snack: kind bar
    Dinner: chicken, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, egg noodles cooked in sun dried tomatoe dressing.

    1 gallon of water, 2 spark

    B - 2 eggs, 2 bacon , water
    L - 2 pork chops , rancho beans ,water
    D - roast with carrots ,water

    B---protein bar, 2 cups of coffee
    L---Can of tuna and 6 triscuits (was only 6 left in the box) :(
    S---12 animal crackers
    D---1 bowl of chicken chili

    Had water with each meal and throughout the day.

    WOD 2: 21-15-9 lunges, push ups, and broad jumps

    B-protein shake made with a banana and almond milk had 2 chocolate chip cookies when I got to school
    L-cheeseburger and fries with a sweet tea and a cupcake
    D-pork loin rice and brown gravy with a small piece of corn bread

    80ish oz of water

  6. B: cfa spicy chicken biscuit. Only ate 1 half of biscuit. Pineapple water (homemade)
    L: bacon turkey sandwich. With mayo.
    D: 3 chicken corn taquitos. With bell peppers and onion. very spicy tomatillo salsa.

    Water all day.

    L- chick fil a grilled nuggets with ketchup and water
    S- PB&J on wheat bread
    D- grilled salmon, brussel sprouts and homemade guacamole with water

    L= cauliflower soup, water and protein ball
    D= protein shake with almond butter and strawberry, almond milk and water
