Sunday, May 3, 2015- Day 21 of Spring Challenge

    B- water, fiber one cookie
    L- grilled chicken with onions & red potatoes
    Salad ,water
    D- baked chicken ,baked beans , watermelon ,water

    Hero's Holbrook is a workout I would like to do.

  2. Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, kiwi
    Snack: kind bar, banana
    Lunch: tortilla, 2 eggs, salsa, avocado
    Dinner: Italian sandwich

    1 gallon of water

    Let's try handstands again!

    D- chick and beef fajita meat and homemade guacamole and water

    Workout--- 50 burpees, 40 sit ups, 30 air squats, 20 push ups

    B---coffee, oatmeal
    L---pork tenderloin, steamed greenbeans and carrots
    D---2 sasauge wraps

    Drank water with each meal and throughout the day

    Ab workouts, extrem ab workouts

    L=lettuce, tomato, avocado, salad, with beef fajita meet, ranch dressing, chips, water
    D=1 piece fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad, 1 roll, watermelon, sm all dessert, water

    sleds, partner workouts are always fun

  6. B: shake ( almond/coconut milk, 1 banana, 1 egg, oatmeal, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon)
    L: homemade pork ribs, carrots & broccoli, little bit of rice.
    D: chicken breast, green beans, 1 scoop of mashed potato, 1/2 piece of bread, green salad with tomatoes and cucumber. 2 meatballs 2 bites of pizza.

    Water all day.

    I miss the sleds!! And dirty 30!
