B= hb pattie, waterL=lettuce, tomato, avocado, salad, with beef fajita meet, ranch dressing, chips, waterD=1 piece fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad, 1 roll, watermelon, sm all dessert, watersleds, partner workouts are always fun
B: shake ( almond/coconut milk, 1 banana, 1 egg, oatmeal, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon) L: homemade pork ribs, carrots & broccoli, little bit of rice. D: chicken breast, green beans, 1 scoop of mashed potato, 1/2 piece of bread, green salad with tomatoes and cucumber. 2 meatballs 2 bites of pizza. Water all day.
