Wednesday, May 27, 2015-Day 45 of Spring Challenge

Just a reminder that next week will be our test out week for the challenge!!!  Be sure to attend the same class as your partner on Wed and Thurs and if you haven't already, pay your $50 entry fee.  I am so proud of the progress you all have made the past 5 weeks!!

    Dinner: Ginger chicken, brown rice and corn

    D-bacon and cheddar salmon party with squash And zucchini

    75 oz of water 8 oz of sweet tea with dinner

  5. B- Oatmeal, turkey bacon, glass of milk and coffee
    L- grilled chicken and beef fajita meat with rice and corn tortillas and water
    S- 1 cup of yogurt ice cream and snickerdoodle cookie
    D- 6 oz filet with grilled zucchini and squash and red potato and water

    I can't wait to be back working out today :)
