Wednesday, May 20, 2015-Day 38 of Spring Challenge

Warm-Up:
- Run 400m
- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds: 
-5 pull-ups
-10 push-ups
-15 squats

Group Warm-Up:
- 4 Rounds Tabata - Jumping Squats

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 12 Minutes of-
- 200m Run
- 8 Power Cleans (115/75)
- 16 Sit-Ups

  1. WOD: 4 rounds, RX (Rylan ran 2 rounds with me, yes even the stairs all 4 times!)

    Breakfast: 1/4 cup steel cut oats, cinnamon and a handful of blueberries
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar
    Lunch: zucchini turkey lasagna
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar
    Dinner: almond crusted chicken tenders, zucchini alfredo

    B-protein shake made with almond milk and a banana
    L-12 count chick-fi-la nuggets and a few fries
    D-hamburger patty with brown gravy rice and corn
