Monday, May 11, 2015-Day 29 of Spring Challenge

Warm-up

    WOD: 11:39 (I can't remember for sure!)
    Breakfast: Shake
    Snack: 10 almonds, 6 cherries
    Lunch: chicken salad and wheat crackers (recipe posted to GTX Facebook page)
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar
    Dinner: chicken breast, zucchini noodle Alfredo ( zucchini cut with a veggetti to make noodles, saute for 15mins, remove from pan. Add 1.5oz cream cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Pour over noodles!) it was super good!!

    S- Banana
    L- Leftover chicken and beef kabobs with wild rice and grilled zucchini and squash
    S- granola bar
    D- Homemade venison chili with shredded Colby jack cheese

  6. WOD: DNF 1 round + a run, 30 WBS and 21 sit ups with a 14 lb ball

    B-protein shake made with a banana and almond milk.
    L- salad with balsamic vinaigrette an apple with peanut butter and granola bar
    S-granola bar
    D-pork chop green beans and rice with brown gravy

    73 oz of water and coffee
