Breakfast: Shake Snack: 10 almonds, 6 cherries Lunch: chicken salad and wheat crackers (recipe posted to GTX Facebook page) Snack: Kellogg's protein bar Dinner: chicken breast, zucchini noodle Alfredo ( zucchini cut with a veggetti to make noodles, saute for 15mins, remove from pan. Add 1.5oz cream cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Pour over noodles!) it was super good!!
