  2. Workout: I can't remember my time! I think close to 30mins (I finished after Kale) 35lbs kettle bell, purple and red band

    Breakfast: Kellogg's protein bar
    Snack: 20 cherries
    Lunch: chicken wrap
    Snack: chocolate bar (my favorite from Canada, it had to be eaten!)
    Dinner: turkey, potato salad and cream corn

    1 gallon of water, 1 spark
