  4. B-2 egg muffins with green onion, tomato and sausage
    L-1/4 a chicken, sweet potato fries, mango cole slaw, sautéed calamari, 1/2 a piece of cheesecake with 2 blueberries and 1 strawberry
    D-1c of chicken salad and a peach

    Drinks: 4 bottles water, 2 cups iced unsweetened tea

    Workout-8:48 with 55# and blue band; 22 burpees; 43 sit-ups
