Sunday, January 6, 2013 - Day 5 of New Year Challenge



Take it easy today, do a mobility wod, and drink lots of water.  This week is going to be pretty tough due to all of the workouts we have to squeeze in to 3 hours.

    L-cobb salad with basalmic vingerette and water
    d- salad with avacado, black olives, boiled eggs, with Italian dressing and water

  2. Brunch: 4.4 oz. grilled chicken breast
    1c. sauteed zucchini and squash

    late lunch: 4.3oz. grilled chicken breast with 1/2c. zucchini and squash

    dinner: 2.3oz. Turkey patty with raw spinach a slice of tomato and onion.

    (had to try my boys deer sausage, with jalapeno and cheese.) Just a small taste.

    D - grilled chicken breast, black beans, rice

  4. B-green drink with supperfood
    S-10 raw cashews
    L- 1 1/2 piece of fried fish, salad with roasted garlic dressing, green beens, unsweetened tea.
    D- 2 turkey lettuce wraps with onion, spicy mustard and avacado
    1 cup hot tea with 1/2 orange squeezed in it.
    70 oz. water.

    L-8 oz salmon, asparagus, 3 oz roasted potatoes
    S-4 oz tuna on raw spinach
    3 qts water thru the day

    L- fruit bowl- kiwi, 1/2 pear, 1/4 green apple, 1 boiled egg
    S-banana, 15 pecan halves, one bite of grilled squash strips at HEB
    L-chicken thigh, avocado, fresh pico, natural salsa, grilled bell pepper and onions
    D- salad w/cherry tom, celery, red & green bell peppers, olives, salmon, steamed green beans and onions

    L-12 hot wings with a little ranch, a little of Abbie's hotdog
    D-3 fried eggs, 3 slices bacon
    Drinks: 4 bottles water, 1 cup hot tea
