    Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: 2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, kiwi
    Lunch: chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice, 2/3cup veggies (carrots, corn, peas and green beans)
    Dinner: southwest chicken salad and a bite of Jesses cheeseburger.

    1 gallon of water and 1 spark

    B: 2 tacos w/ sausage egg and potato
    L: ham, cheese, lettuce tomato sandwich with chips
    D: hamburger and baked beans

    Water all day

    D---2 slices of cheese pizza

    Had water all day and with each meal

    B-2 eggs 2 pieces of bacon 2 pancakes
    L-3 chicken tenders
    D-salad

    64 oz of water 2 cups of coffee

    B: 1 turkey ham scrambled egg. 1 panela cheese corn quesadilla. Chamomile tea

    L: tortilla soup (leftovers) no tortilla chips, avocado, panela cheese, 1 piece of wheat bread.

    D: 1/2 white corn on the cob with mayo and chilli powder. 1/2 chicken breast (fried from Krogerl) hot salsa.

    Water all day.

    L= shake with banana and strawberry, almond butter and skim milk and water
    D= cheese hamburger, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, chips, water

    Worked outside mowing, cleaning and picking up for 5 hours
