Snack: 2 eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, kiwi
Lunch: chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice, 2/3cup veggies (carrots, corn, peas and green beans)
Dinner: southwest chicken salad and a bite of Jesses cheeseburger.
1 gallon of water and 1 spark
Workout: walked/biked 5.5 miles camping

ReplyDeleteB: 1 turkey ham scrambled egg. 1 panela cheese corn quesadilla. Chamomile tea
L: tortilla soup (leftovers) no tortilla chips, avocado, panela cheese, 1 piece of wheat bread.
D: 1/2 white corn on the cob with mayo and chilli powder. 1/2 chicken breast (fried from Krogerl) hot salsa.
Water all day.
B= sausage, mushrooms tomatoes and egg, water coffee with creamer
