Sunday, May 10, 2015- Day 28 of Spring Challenge

    Lunch: spinach salad and chicken
    Dinner: steak, pasta salad, corn, cupcake

    Water all day and 1 spark

  2. B- banana and a few bites of Naomi's watermelon
    L-corned beef, corn casserole and cabbage and a cupcake for Princess Abbie's birthday (there was a c theme going on)
    D-2 slices of pizza, 2 buffalo wings. And 2 cinisticks

    1 gallon of water and a glass of wine

    I have to get back on track....I feel horrible :(

  3. B= 1piece dry toast with piece of cheese, hot tea, Gatorade
    L= shrimp soup with a little rice, few chips, water
    LS= few saltine crackers and water
    D= few saltine crackers and water

    L- steak , green beans , salad ,roll water
    D - none

    50- sit- ups
    50- push ups
    50- squats

  5. B- scrambled eggs, steak and red potatos in corn tortilla
    L- chicken and beef fajita meat with Pico and guacamole in corn tortilla
    S- strawberries with slice of homemade pound cake
    D- 6oz filter with zucchini, squash and red potatos

  6. B: shake (almond/coconut milk, 1 banana, 1 egg, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract)
    L: 1 hotdog, chorizo and bean dip, chorizo salsa. Chips.
    D: chicken, avocado, lettuce torta (Mexican french bread hehe), slice of watermelon. a few sips of chris' Fanta.

    Water all day.
