Friday, January 25, 2013 - Day 24 of New Year Challenge


Great job this week on the workouts, everyone.  We will have a workout tomorrow morning at 8 AM where anyone can make up strength workouts that they missed this week and do a short-medium length conditioning workout.

Here is the informaiton on the CrossFit Victorious' "Forever Young" Competition that I'm judging for tomorrow:

The workouts start at 8 AM and will finish about 2:00 PM.

    L-green salad w/2 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup guacamole, stalk raw celery
    D- 8 oz venison sausage
    lots of water

    BS-1/2 grapefruit, water
    L- cauliflower rice, spicy chili, water
    LS- broccoli salad, paleo brownie, water
    D- chicken, celery, guacamole, unsweet tea, water, cookie, bread dip

    L- grilled chicken salad from Chick fil a , no cheese, 2T dressing
    D-1/2 Asian Chicken salad w/dressing and 1/2 bowl of Basil tomato soup from Panera, 1/2 roll
    S- Raw Revolution bar, 1/2 raw Pumpkin see bar, 2 or 3 licks of chocolate cupcake batter (helping Nat make cupcakes for a wedding)
    Drinks: 50 oz. water, 1 lg unsweetened tea, small carton of coconut water

    S- Ice cream

    B- no shocker here... egg w/sauteed bell pepper, onions, pico, bowl of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
    L- salad- filed greens, red & orange bell pepper, celery, 2 oz. chicken
    S- handful of pecan halves, 2 dates
    D- 2 bites of chicken, egg, 1 oz. sausage, celery sticks, carrot sticks

    8 oz. cup of hot fruit tea, 72 oz. water

  6. B-all sausage and cheese kolache (I know horrible but I was starving) wit a V8
    L-grilled porkchop blackeyed peas and white rice with mushroom gravy and water
    D- 8 oz. Sirloin a salad with oil and vinegar and a sweet potato with water
